The IntentOne process has nothing to do with us giving you advice. There are plenty of sources for all kinds of advice all over the place nowadays. The IntentOne process is designed as a platform you can use to take the advice, changes, habits, thinking, etc. that you’ve acquired and to make it stick.
The IntentOne process currently consists of 3 major components. First, completing the questionnaire made up of the 4 forms in the sidebar menu. Second, producing your Personal Alignment Recording or Guided Visualization or both. And finally, listening to your recordings at least once per day and to get the optimal effect, first thing in the morning in order to set your focus for each day.
The steps in the process are listed in the sidebar menu and you can complete them by simply following them as they’re outlined there. As you complete a form and save your entries, you’ll be taken to a page that shows you the steps in the process and where you are. You can move through the process by simply clicking on the step following the step marked “Current”.
For more detailed instructions for each form, you’ll notice 2 sections at the top of each page. Each section contains a video and the script from that video. One of the sections on each form is an explanation of the topic area for the form. The second section contains instructions for how to complete the form.
As you progress through the questions, answer as many as you can. Don’t try to give perfect answers the first time through. This is an iterative process, meaning you continue to improve and adjust your recordings as your life, priorities, focus areas, goals and habits change and improve.
There are 4 forms that require completion in order to build a Guided Visualization. If you are only building a Personal Alignment Recording, you do not need to complete the Visualization form.
The questionnaire not only collects your information for your recordings, it also works as a process step that helps you to make decisions about what’s important to you, why, and what adjustments are the most important for you right now, in your growth process.
The soundtracks provide 2 different kinds of benefits. The Personal Alignment Recording increases your consistency and focus in the areas that are most important to you now. It helps you to adjust your habits, thinking, focus and a number of other mental and behavioral traits. The Guided Visualization provides the experience of success and of the work required to achieve it, so that the mind becomes accustomed to both of them. This thought exercise, significantly reduces the typical emotional and psychological rejection that generates friction and discomfort when we move to next level thinking and behaviors.
The more detail you add to your answers on the questionnaire, the better your recordings will work for you. If you don’t like a recording, you can simply produce it again, without making any adjustments to your questionnaire, and you will get some variation. Or you can adjust your answers accordingly. You’ll be making adjustments to your answers over time anyhow, as your life, behaviors and outcomes change and improve.
